Piedra de sol | Octavio Paz Un sauce de cristal, un chopo de agua, un alto surtidor que el viento arquea, un árbol bien plantado mas danzante, un caminar de río que se curva, avanza, retrocede, da un rodeo y llega siempre: un caminar tranquilo de estrella o primavera sin premura, agua que con los párpados cerrados mana toda la noche profecías. Piedra de sol es el título de este poema surrealista de Octavio Paz que os presento hoy. Toma su nombre del calendario mexica y consta de endecasílabos, el mismo número que días tarda el planeta Venus (Quetzalcoatl) en realizar la conjunción con el Sol (Tonaiuth). Es un poema extenso y circular que parece imitar la rotación de dicho planeta.
